Explore Season 2022\/23<\/h2><\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]For the second time, in the Savremena elementary school<\/a> in Belgrade, on December 17, 2022, the FIRST <\/i>LEGO League Explore festival was successfully held, organized by the Association “Real Deal”, the SerbianTech<\/a> organization and the Slovenian organization Super Glavce<\/a>. This time, 12 teams from Belgrade, Jagodina and Kragujevac participated.<\/p>\n

All teams carefully studied the assigned topic for months, identified potential problems in their communities, and based on that devised a solution for the Innovative Project. They presented all of this to the judges, presenting their panels and motorized models made of LEGO bricks.<\/p>\n

This year’s theme was called “SUPERPOWERED”, which was about finding innovative solutions for more efficient generation, storage, distribution and use of energy.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”56263″ img_size=”full”][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]Fun and hand-on STEM learning enables children and young people to become independent, develop their presentation skills, critical thinking and teamwork, which was also the case at this year’s Explore festival.<\/p>\n

What makes the Explore festival special is the fact that all the teams were awarded medals and certificates because they built their team spirit during months of preparation, showed exceptional initiative and crowned it all with creative presentations. They made their panels and models based on the acquired knowledge in the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/3″][vc_single_image image=”56264″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” css_animation=”bounceInRight” lazy_loading=”true” el_class=”slike”][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/3″][vc_single_image image=”56266″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” css_animation=”bounceInLeft” lazy_loading=”true” el_class=”slike”][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/3″][vc_single_image image=”56265″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” css_animation=”bounceInLeft” lazy_loading=”true” el_class=”slike”][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]What is most important, the participants shared their knowledge and ideas with other teams, gained new knowledge through getting to know the different solutions of their peers and thereby once again showed that the Core Values \u200b\u200bare what differs the FIRST <\/i>LEGO League program apart from similar ones.<\/p>\n

The organization of the Festival was supported by the companies Netconomy<\/a>, HTEC Group<\/a>, EPAM<\/a> and Infaloom<\/a>, who saw the importance and values \u200b\u200bthat the FIRST <\/i>LEGO League Explore program<\/a> provides to children and young people.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”56267″ img_size=”full”][vc_column_text]Participants, mentors, judges and organizers had great refreshments thanks to the companies Knjaz Milo\u0161<\/a> and Kola\u010di\u0107 Sre\u0107e<\/a>, who provided support in the form of their products.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”56268″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” css_animation=”bounceInRight” lazy_loading=”true” el_class=”slike”][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”56269″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” css_animation=”bounceInLeft” lazy_loading=”true” el_class=”slike”][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner]

Participants<\/h2><\/div>
<\/span><\/div><\/div>[vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]At this year’s FIRST <\/i>LEGO League Explore festival, nine teams from Belgrade, one team from Jagodina and two teams from Kragujevac participated. All teams consisted of two to six members, aged between 6 and 10, led by two mentors each.<\/p>\n
